A networking event with a great cause…
On the 25th September 2020, Tidworth & District Chamber of Commerce held its first virtual coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event went really well with great attendance from Chamber Members and tremendous positivity regarding the Chamber.
Members has the opportunity to discuss what they want from our relaunched Chamber and what they are enjoying so far.
Chamber Members are enjoying being part of a community, have the opportunity to promote their business as well as be part of Big Buddy Business. The extra benefits of Big Buddy Business were seen to go beyond business advice, with Members highlighting how beneficial it is to have someone to speak to about business, for your mental health.
Member achievements were a big feature of the events, as our Member achievements are so important to us. The Lifestyle Card has recently won Best Local Discount Card 2020 UK whilst Home Instead are able to train employers in dementia care.
Overall, the event was a success and a wonderful opportunity to get to know some of our Members.
It was so lovely to meet hungry entrepreneurs who want to make not only a difference for themselves, but for others.
